Description:
In this episode, Xena and Gabrielle the met the maenads, who traditionally were wild women who followed the Greek god Bacchus, the god of wine.
In a strange retelling of the stories, the Bacchae are actually lesbian vampires, who are looking to add Gabrielle to their ranks in following the Satanic-appearing Bacchus.
