In eighteenth century Romania, Rayne, a dhampir (half-human, half-vampire), prone to fits of blind blood rage but saddled with compassion for humans, strives to avenge her mother's rape by her father, Kagan, King of Vampires. Two vampire hunters from the Brimstone Society persuade her to join their cause.

The Queer content in the film is so non-existant that I can't remember it...

as for the rest of the movie it's another one of Dr. Boll's masterpieces of soooo bad it's actually enjoyable
