I don't generally let rumors of movies in here, but there have been advertisements for this film in The Village Voice, and the LA Times, which seems to prove that this film exists/existed.
There is a lot of confusion about this film, but it doesn't appear to have anything to do with 'Guess What Happened to Count Dracula', which it is often paired with, or 'Dracula the Dirty Old Man'... mostly because both of those are straight and this is advertised as 'all-male'. Though maybe the plots, scripts or sets are the same, who knows?
No copies of this appear to be available anywhere, and it is uncertain if any still exist.
