Description:

This book felt more like two separate stories barely stuck together. On the one hand, you had a mystery populated with gay characters, soap opera relatives, and underage gay prostitutes. One the other hand, was a stuck on story involving a gay exorcist living in a homophobic religious system trying to exorcise a gay demon.

This said, though the story wandered a bit, it was good for a first novel.
