A young man named Lee wakes up on the floor of a sinister bathroom clad only in smudged briefs and an remote-control electrified ankle bracelet. His captor, a person in a silver face mask, dispenses orders via intercom and closed-circuit TV. He knows a lot about Lee. 'We have many things in common,' says the masked fiend. 'Sex and games, for instance. In your honor, I've combined the two.'

Lee is put through a series of tests combining sexual challenges with brain teasers such as 'How many men are in a room if all but two are named Smith, all but two are named Jones, and all but two are named Rogers?' As one demented sequence gives way to another, characters are slashed, electrocuted, gassed, shot, or gutted with an electric saw.

Qvamp says:

A strange and disturbing porn. Though most of the violence is fairly light compared to most of the horror genre, it may be difficult for many to watch guys try to get off in order to keep from being killed.

Those that like movies like Saw or Hostel, and who love gay porn, will almost certainly enjoy this film. Others though may way to steer clear.

As an aside, this is one of the films where 'safe sex' seems very odd. When guys are forced to cum or die, it seems very unlikely that they'd think of condoms.
