Drawn to the Unseelie Court of Toronto to help her friend Riley organize the Highsummer Party, Tango arrives to discover Riley missing. Her search for clues to his whereabouts leads her to a pack of Sabbat vampires on a grisly murder spree.
Tango begins to unravel the many mysteries in Toronto, and in the process makes a very unlikely ally. She will need all the help she can get as Highsummer's Eve draws near!
A 'World of Darkness' novel. There is a VERY out gay vampire in this, and a hinted at gay relationship between a vampire and a mage, and a vampire and a changeling (fairy). Plus, some good lesbian homoerotic tension between a vampire and another changeling.
As an interesting bit of trivia, this book was inspired by The Goblin Market by Christina Rossetti, as can be seen from the book's title and chapter headers.
