Frightened and isolated, Danny begins to wonder if he knows who Kevin really is. Is the old story
of the local cemetery true? Is it folklore or fact? What would you do if you thought your new
squeeze might be a murderer? Would you run? Would you hide? Would you die?
When the friends show up, the guys are confronted by something they could never have imagined.
Something is out there... and darkness is falling.
A short film featuring a player and his potential conquest for the
evening.
Without giving too much away, this film is mildly amusing, but
suffers from a lack of a coherent plot. From the commentary, it
sounds like they meant to make a horror farce (the pitfall of a gay
horror director) but decided to go for it and make an actual horror
film.
The weakness of the film comes from grafting on a supernatural horror
element that is not understood by the audience nor the director.
In all, this film had very good potential, but the director stopped
short of what it deserved, which would have been a full fledged
horror flick that we have all grown to know and love, but with a gay
bent.
