Things like this happen regularly, while he randomly grows tusks and condoms. Towards the end there is an orgy where men are killed, and he ejaculates on them and they are revived. Then there is a cemetery with grave-digging.
I really can't explain this better.
I literally forgot to put this up when I encountered it. There is nothing redeemable about this unless you like zombies screwing man- or decay-made holes in people.
The 'zombie' isn't consistent, though that may be on purpose. He randomly has teeth/tusks in his head, and randomly has clothing. Based on the ending where he digs up a grave that says 'law', it is clear the director really meant for this to be deep. It isn't.
